It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Cook of Marion, Illinois, born in Mulberry Grove, Illinois, who passed away on January 7, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Cook (Terry); his wife Donna J. Cook; his father Howard H. Cook; and his brother Don L. Cook. He is survived by: his children, Lisa K. Stroud (Jim) of Marion and Steven W. Cook (Moya) of Marion; and his grandchildren, Rachel A. Stroud, Emily C. Stroud, Airman (Class Jeremy W. Cook), Nathan S. Cook, Matthew J. Cook and Jordan D. Cook.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Aldersgate United Methodist Church or to Greenville University for a Scholarship to be named by the family.
