With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Douglas Winters of Marion, Illinois, who passed away on December 21, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Due to the executive order by the Governor of Illinois, for all those attending the visitation and funeral service inside, the wearing of a face mask and practice of social distancing is suggested.
