She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Chamness and Martha Kathleen Chamness (Kerr); her husband Billie Dee Dalton; her brother Jimmy Chamness; and her son-in-law Jim Zeller.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Black (Ronnie) of Marion, IL, Kathy Duty (John) of Marion, IL, Kellie Dalton of Marion, IL, Karen Hickey (Jerry) of Marion, IL and Kendra Grant (Kyle) of Thompsonville, IL; her grandchildren, Brandon Black, Heather Midgett (Robbie), Josh Duty (Alice), Tera Deaton (Ryan), Jacob Duty, Christopher Dalton, Nicole Bethel (Noah), Jamie Taylor (Nick), Jerri Lynn Pender (Rick), Brenton Hickey (Stephanie), Bradley Hickey (Kayla), Kourtney Lipscomb (Jeremy), Jessica Rakers (Nick), Ria Evans, Kylie Grant and Cody Grant; and her brother Bob Chamness (Lynn) of Johnston City, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.
