She is survived by: her children, Ronda Gephart (Roger) of Goreville, IL, Karla Hackler (Tim) of Brooksville, FL and Steven Stanfield (Julie) of Charleston, IL; her grandchildren, Rodney Gephart (Rhodes) of Azua, Ryan Gephart (Jane) of Littleton, CO, Rana Davis (Jeremy) of Centennial, CO, Danielle Rotaru (Mihai) of Dunnellon, FL, Isaac Hackler (Julie) of Colorado Springs, CO, Micah Ortiz (Robbie) of Spring Hill, FL and Jarret Stanfield of Charleston, IL; and her siblings, Sharon Kay Rice of Pilot, VA, Jana Rae Quigg (Jerry) of Chandler, AZ and Raymond Richard "Rick" Phillips (Debi) of Olney, IL. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
