He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Lewis and Emma Lewis (Crabtree); his wife Mary Louise Clark; and his siblings, Beatrice Watson, Eva Thayer, Carol Sternberg, Bruce Lewis and Gene Lewis.
He is survived by: his daughter Renee Lewis-Timm (Don) of Broken Arrow, OK; his grandsons, Brandon Timm (Shrease) of Broken Arrow, OK and Skylar Timm of Broken Arrow, OK; and his great grandchildren, Charlie Timm of Broken Arrow, OK, Paxton Timm of Broken Arrow, OK and Tatum Timm of Broken Arrow, OK. He is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
The family has requested for those who prefer, memorial contributions may be made to the organization of your choice "Shriners Hospitals for Children" and/or "St. Jude Children's Research Hospital".
