He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Drudie and Cora Lou George (Swann); and his sister LaNell Walls. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Ann George; his sons, Michael Ray George (Danette) and Jerome George (Bobbette); his great grandchild Steven George; his grandchildren, Sonya Braden, Ryan George and Destiny Griffith; his great grandchildren, Johnathon Rice, Quintin Rice, Braxton George, Asher George, Aria George, Tatum Griffith and Oliver Griffith; and his great great grandchildren, Lily Rice, Octavia Rice and Sayler Rice. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial donations may be made to Johnston City United Pentecostal Church.
