It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry M. Carter (Marion, Illinois), born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on April 27, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Amon Carter and Wilma Carter (Sharp); his brother Kenneth A. Carter; and his sister-in-law Barbara Carter. He is survived by: his siblings, Janice C. Horvath (Chris) of Carson City, Nevada and John L. Carter; his niece Jane Brown of Marion; and his nephews, John M. "Mike" Carter (Stephanie) and Jason.
