It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tamara Saline Keen of Marion, Illinois, born in Riverside, California, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Downey and Jenney Allgaier (King); and her brother Chuck Downey. She is survived by: her daughter Brandy Parson (Kyle Stevens) of Herrin, IL; her grandchildren, Isaiah Parrish and Khlowie Parrish; her great grandchildren, Elleyet Thomason and Ezmae Flute; and her siblings, Faith "Tootie" Penley of Herrin, IL, Sheri Penley Sr. (Steve) of Marion, IL, William "Scott" Downey and Brett Downey (Shannon).
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Shriners Hospital for Children or Nub Ability Athletics.
