It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Ellis of Marion, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on October 1, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Ellis and Martha Ellis Perkins (Simmons); and his brother Howard Edward "Howie" Ellis. He is survived by: his son Stephen H.; his grandchildren, Westyn and Amelia; and his brother Ron. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
