He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin P. Boothe and Faye Gates; and his siblings, David Boothe and Jackie Boothe. He is survived by: his wife Susan Boothe of Marion; his children, Sheryl Carter of Sunbright, TN., James Boothe of Parishville, NY and Tammy Kilby of Marion; his brother Kevin Boothe of Schenectady, NY; and his grandchildren, Wade, Lilliana Akins, Van, Liam Carter, Alexis, Savannah, Heaven, Nevaeh, Serenity Jandreau and Ondrea Kilby. He is also survived by great-grandkids, cousins, nieces and nephews and many other loving, extended family members and friends.
