With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sondra Jean Loyd of Marion, Illinois, who passed away on March 28, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Haskell Jackson and Margaret Jackson (Grey); her son-in-law Brian Schuetz; her grandchild Ashton Williams; and her brothers, John Jackson, Harlond Jackson and Glen Jackson.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry R. Loyd of Marion, IL; her children, Anthony A. Loyd (Deshona) of Marion, IL, Eric E. Loyd (Susan) of Port Charlott, FL, Lynn M. Schuetz-Lyerla (Scott) of St. Louis, MO and April A. Paulat (Phil) of Marion, IL; her sister Rosemary Ticer of Herrin, IL; and her sisters-in-law, Shelba Jackson of Pittsburg, IL, Annette Jackson and Sharon Jackson. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
