He was predeceased by: his father Solomon J. Matlock, Sr.; and his brother Ronald Edward Matlock. He is survived by: his mother Ester M. Matlock (Goldberry); and his siblings, John Matlock of Wewahitchka, Florida, Pamela Barnes of Wapella and Peggy Francis of Marion, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home (705 N 1st St, Vienna, IL 62995).
