With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sherry K. Stewart of Marion, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sherry left this world on December 30, 2024 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Douglas and Betty Jean Stults (Schaffer); her husband Jack A. Stewart; and her brother Jim Stults. She is survived by: her son D. J.; her daughter-in-law Lisa Stewart of Marion, IL; her daughter Kelly Stewart (Bill Fenger) of Ft. Collins, CO; her grandchildren, Tyler Vitale (Dominic) of Moyock, NC, Emily Null (Ryan) of Marion, IL, Jack Stewart of Ft. Collins, CO and Kaya Stewart of Ft. Collins, CO; her great grandchildren, Carter Vitale, Murphy Vitale and Ryder Null; and her brothers, Jeff Schrader (Jo) of Howe, IN, Jerry Stults (Nancy) of Sturgeon Bay, WI and Rick Stults (Teri) of Cape Coral, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family members and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Marion Aldersgate Church (1201 N Fair St, Marion, IL 62959). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Aldersgate Methodist Church (1201 N Fair St, Marion, IL 62959).
For those who prefer, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the "Fanconi Cancer Foundation" or "Shriner's Hospital for Children.".
