She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Pulley and Mae Trella; her stepfather Joe Trella; and her siblings, Greg Pulley and Darla Pulley.

She is survived by: her siblings, Kevin Pulley (Brigetta) of Johnston City, IL, Brian Pulley of Marion, IL and Tammy King (Pulley) of Marion, IL; and her nieces and nephews, Greg Pulley (Jennifer), Brittany Pulley, Jeromy Pulley, Mitchel Pulley (Courtney), Gage Pulley (Heather), Whitney Walters (Justin) and Michael King. She is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews; and many other extended family members and friends.
