He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Bozarth; his son Christopher Bozarth; and his grandparents, Loudeen Jackson and Carl Jackson. He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Donelson (Michael Roy) and William Bozarth; his children, Joshua Diefenbach (Kortney), Magen Bozarth (Mike), Elizabeth Bozarth, River Bozarth and Brooke Bozarth-Troxel; his grandchildren, Lexis Bozarth, Kinsley Majors, Marlie Loyd, Zaylee Diefenbach, Zander Deifenbach, Eli Bozarth, Jaydin Bozarth, Zendaiya Mcgee and Greenlee Mcgee; and his siblings, Catinna Bozarth-Williams, Mickolena Chaney, Carla Bozarth, David Bozarth and Billie Jo Bozarth.
