He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara June "Bobbie" Lewis (Springer) and Bobby Dean Lewis; and his sisters, Debra Faye Jerrels and Terry Lee Simmons. He is survived by: his children, Corey Dean Lewis (Holly) and Stevie Nichole Allred (Taylor); his grandchildren, Karsyn Grace Lewis, Haedyn Faith Lewis, Kolt Taylor Allred and Robert Kreid Allred; his brothers-in-law, Bob Jerrels and Fred Simmons; and the mother of his children Jeffie Elaine Lewis (Gunter). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
