He is survived by: his mother Glenda Pernitsky (Kaufman); his stepfather Michael Fabsits; his children, Madeline Arteman (Lane) and Max Pernitsky; his granddaughter Ivy Arteman; and his sisters, Rebecca Wall (Eric), Rene Petritis (Richard) and Debra Pernitsky.
