He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Kelley and Marie Kelley (Perrine); his wife Mildred Rushing; and his sister Novella Rix. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Kelley; his grandchildren, Kimberly Kay, Ron Webb, Kelli Dawn and Eric Neushwander; his great grandchildren, Nicole, Brooke, Ronnie, Brandon, Carson and Madelyn; his great great grandchildren, Harper, Declan, Mabel, Eleanor, Mackenzie, Aiden, Owen and Emmett; his sister-in-law Doris Marie Holliday; and his nieces and nephews, Larry, Lori, Ed and Mickey.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund and will be accepted at the funeral home.
