With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard E. Schaede (Marion, Illinois), born in Thomasboro, Illinois, who passed away on January 30, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mayo Schaede and Opal Schaede (Hutchison); his wife Marlene Coffey; his children, Pam Ideus (Marvin) of Rantoul, IL, Janet Lim-Hing (Francis) of Fayetteville, GA and Mark Schaede (Carol Mocaby); his grandchildren, Lindsey Ehler (John), Rachel Einck (Jeremy), Dr. Bryan Ideus (Katy), Dr. Krista Lim-Hing, Colton Schaede (Hannah) and McKenzi Schaede; his great grandchildren, Jameson Ehler, Camden, Mason Einck and Karver Schaede; and his sisters, Beverly Funke (Don) and Donna Zolman (Donn).
Due to Covid restrictions, there will be no visitation.
Memorials may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
