He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen Brookmyer and Wanda Brookmyer (Daniels); and his brothers, Kenny and Donald Keith Brookmyer. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Rose of Marion and Gabriel Brookmyer of Marion; his grandchildren, Cole Bundren and Axl Rose; and his brother Jon Brookmyer (Charles Brookmyer) of Royalton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and close friends.
