She is survived by: her husband JD Motsinger of Marion, IL; her daughter Tammy L. Winner (Mike) of Marion, IL; her brother Jim Proctor of Murphyboro, IL; and her brothers-in-law, Kenny Keyser of Marion, IL, Ken Dennis of Mansfield, MO, Jerry King of Marion, IL and Gordon Motsinger (Nancy).
