He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sue Harlow of Cobden, IL; and his children, Rhonda Marshall of Soddy Daisy, TN, Joanna Harlow of Jacksonville, FL, Patricia Berini (Ron) of Jacksonville Beach, FL, Miles Keith Harlow of Cobden, IL, Jason Everett Harlow of Cobden, IL and Jolene Smith. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, other extended family and many friends.
