She was predeceased by: her parents, Ermie Hensel and Mary Margaret Hensel (Droog); her husband Gerald J. Lepinske; her daughter-in-law Melissa Lepinske; and her brother Ermie Hensel.

She is survived by: her children, Gerald Joseph Lepinske, Jr. (Diane), Theresa Ann Thompson (David E.), Paul James Lepinske and Donald John Lepinske (Andrea); her sister Mary Anne Costello (Andy); her brother-in-law Harry H. Lepinske (Emilie); and her grandchildren, Tiffany, Misty, Carrie, Angel, Selena, Ginny, Tyler and Jordan.
