With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Naomi Rogers of Marion, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 7, 2025 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Stone and Thelma Stone (Penrod); her husband Paul Rogers; and her siblings, Alberta Wright, Ann Hinant, MarilynKay Browning, James Stone and Willie "Billy" Stone, Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Wanda Reed of Marion, Illinois, June Winkleman of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, Cindy Messamore of Harrisburg and Bobby Stone (Chris) of Carrier Mills; and her sister-in-law Carol Stone of Annavale, Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stricklin Funeral Home (503 E Sloan St, Harrisburg, IL 62946). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
