It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melba L. Waddell of Marion, Illinois, born in Eminence, Missouri, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bruce and Effie Bruce (Horner); and her spouse Lt. Colonel Richard Waddell. She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Adams, Marcia Fox and Bethanie Glynn. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Marion VFW Honor Guard and will be accepted at the funeral home.
