She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Bowlby and Laverne Bowlby (Mercer); her brother Tracy Dale Bowlby; her grandparents, George and Viola Mercer; her parents-in-law, Brenda Ann Lambert and Earl Edward Howard, Jr.; her grandfathers-in-law, Alvera Lambert and Clythera Howard; and her brother-in-law William Atchison.
She is survived by: her husband Keith Howard; her children, Corey Bowlby of Marion and KyLee Howard of Marion; her siblings, Nancy Bowlby of Marion, Richard Bowlby (Ruth Ann) of Odin and John Bowlby of St. Louis; her brothers-in-law, Timothy Atchison of Centralia and Charles Atchison of Centralia; and her nieces and nephews, Timothy Bowlby of Centralia, Brittani Bowlby of Centralia and Bradley Bowlby of Centralia.
Due to the recent CDC Guidelines, facemasks and social distancing will be observed while in the facility.
