She was predeceased by: her former husband James O. "Jim" Cook; and her brothers, Ronnie Bullock and Byron Bullock. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth D. Upchurch; her children, Mike Cook (Tracey) of Harrisburg and Missy Coonce (Terry) of Tunnel Hill; her grandchildren, Brody Strickland (Liz) of Marion and Lucas Strickland; her great grandchildren, Aurora and Allo; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Upchurch (Myrle) of Marion, Jerry Upchurch (Brenda) of Marion, Jane Bullock and Libby Bullock. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
