With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Corse (Marion, Illinois), born in Steeleville, Illinois, who passed away on March 23, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Trede and Esther Trede; and her siblings, Viola Rapp, Orville Trede and Eldred Trede.
She is survived by: her husband Burton Richard Corse; her children, Diane Metzger (Diana Winson) of Benton and Richard Corse (Debra Walker Riddle) of Metropolis; her grandchildren, John Karl Metzger (Sandy), Kurt Allan Metzger (Caitlin), Dawn Deshae Hale, Richard David Corse (Teresa), Angela Rae Clifton (Kevin) and Henry Benjamin Corse (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Daniale Franklin, Katlynn Clark, Austin Arnold, Kameron Metzger, Kendra Metzger, Shane Metzger, Kendra Bethel, Samantha Beam, Shelby Metzger, Shannon Metzger, Hazel Metzger, Parker Metzger, Ryan Clifton, Madison Clifton, Trent Clifton, Khrystyn Gunther, Merideth Corse, Ricky Corse, Brianna Corse, Michael Jacobs, Matthew Jacobs and Deshea Corse; and her great great grandchildren, Hayden Kulik, Ava Kulik, Lenden Myers, Tinsley Beam, Karsyn Kerley, Addeline Dare, Emma Dare, Nykolas Dare, Jacquelyn Dare and Bryson Gunther. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and many friends.
Memorials may be made to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
