We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2020, at the age of 94, Margaret Ann High (Marion, Illinois), born in Anna, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank S. Alden and Ruth Ann Alden (Lieb); her husband Robert Franklin High; and her brother Dr. Blair Alden. She is survived by: her son Ronald; her daughter-in-law Kay High of Marion; her son Roger; her daughter-in-law Connie High of Marion; her daughter Cathy; her son-in-law George Soldner of Marion, Six; her grandchildren, Hillary (Jose Renda), Brittany (James Moseman), Ryan (Laura High), Matthew Soldner of Collinsville, Andrew Soldner of Marion and Colin (Taylor Soldner); her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Isabella, Gianna Renda, Isaac, Ian Moseman, Connor, Alex and Dylan High; and her niece Linda Brinkley of East Alton. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
For those who prefer, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, the Marion First Presbyterian Church or Hospice of Southern Illinois.
