He is survived by: his spouse Margo Burwell (Warren); his children, Tim Burwell (Angela) of Marion and Matthew Burwell of Johnston City, Illinois; his grandchildren, T. J. Burwell of Marion, Leianka Burwell of Marion and Ryder Burwell of Marion; and his sisters-in-law, Elene Burwell of Bluford, Linda Burwell of Mount Vernon and Glenda Burwell of Mount Vernon, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
