She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin A. Fosse and Bessie Fosse (Gulledge); her husband Charles Bowen; her daughter Joyce Bowen; and her brothers, Erwin Ray Fosse (Lloyd), Wayne Fosse, Lavern Fosse, Lawrence Fosse, Lester Fosse and James Marvin Fosse.
She is survived by: her brother Gale E. Fosse (Norma) of Goreville, Illinois; her sons, Ronald C. Bowen (Debbie) of Beecher and Edwin E. Bowen, Sr. (Naomi) of Crossville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Edwin E. Bowen, Jr., Anthony Carrera and Thomas C. Bowen; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Fosse, Ina Mae Fosse and Judith Fosse. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Due to health concerns related to the COVID-19 virus, a visitation and memorial service will be held at a later date.
