She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Nathaniel and Inez Isabelle Fisher (Powless); her husband Donald Chenault Hunter; and her siblings, Irene Brammer, Corine Earnheart, Shirley Bankson, Kenneth Fisher, Paul Fisher, Lowell Fisher, Homer Fisher and Glenn Fisher.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Bollinger (Stephen) of Elgin, IL and Danny G. Hunter of Goreville, IL; her grandsons, Jacob Bollinger (Kelly) of Hampshire, IL and Lucas Bollinger (Erica) of Hampshire, IL; her great grandchildren, Amelia Bollinger of Hampshire, IL, Lily Bollinger of Hampshire, IL, Dylan Bollinger of Hampshire, IL and Ally Anderson of Hampshire, IL; and her brother Hal Fisher of Florida. She is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilson-McReynolds Funeral Home (900 N Court St, Marion, IL 62959). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
For those who preferred, the family suggested memorial contributions be directed to either or both; "Second Baptist Church" and/or "St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.".
