She was predeceased by: her father Bob Boyt. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Patton (David) of Marion; her children, Katelyn Forth (Abraham) of Nashville and Cody Hafeli of Belleville; her grandson Foster Forth; her siblings, Beresa Barnett (Steve) of Goreville, Doug Boyt (Darlene) of Gardner and Becky Rhine (Keith) of Marion; and her nephew Zachary Strang. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
