He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kelton and Eva Kelton (Marks); and his brothers, Eugene and Vernell Kelton. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kelton of Marion; his children, Rick Kelton (Sue) of Marion and Sandra Kay Moore (David) of Marion; and his grandchildren, Michelle Kelton of Swansboro, NC, Trina Watson (Lance) of Flemington, WV., Julie Walker (Wes) of Tunnel Hill, Lisa Bullard (Jonathan) of Flora, Ricky Kelton (Amber) of Marion, Christina Delap of Marion, Angela Merriman (Andrew) of Monticello, MS and Kayla Terry (Darrell) of Herrin. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
