It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kay Bilyew of Marion, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 11, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Harms and Dessie Harms (Hutchinson); her daughter Deborah Franz; her siblings, Barbara Montgomery (Harold) and Gene Harms (Wilma); and the father of her children Ralph Bilyew.

She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Skoffic (Joe) of Marion; her grandchildren, Melissa Kay, Kayla, Felecia, Kevin (Bonnie) and Melissa Lyn (Chad); her great grandchildren, Blake, Grant, Trevor, Balin, Braxtyn, Karsyn, Molly and Samantha; and her son-in-law Joe Franz. She is also survived by two daughters, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Due to health concerns related to the COVID-19 virus, those attending the service are asked to follow social distancing guidelines and the wearing of masks is encouraged.

For those who prefer, memorial donations may be made by purchasing a child a book, Finding Forever Animal Rescue, St. Francis Animal Shelter or American Cancer Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
