He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Pauline Kuykendall of Marion, IL; his children, Jerry D. Kuykendall (Linda) of Tunnel Hill, IL, Jane A. Anderson (Kenneth) of Marion, IL, Barbara Koelker of Marion, IL and Jennifer L. Kubow (Philip) of Nashotah, WI; his grandchildren, Christopher Kuykendall of Sedalia, MO, Julie Morgan of Chicago, IL, Laura Miles (Nathan) of Marion, IL, Rachel Capel (James) of Saint Louis, MO, Brian Koelker, Angela Frankie (Gary) of Oconomowoc, WI, Andrea Rose (Brent) of Wildwood, MO, Curtis Kubow (Savannah) of Hartland, WI, Clint Kubow (Molly) of Robinson, IL, Emily Eastman (Chris), Melissa Butner (Matt), Abigail McNeil (Schyler) of Louisville, KY and Molly Quick (Richie) of Lexington, KY; his sister Phyllis Tunning of Cincinnati, OH; and his son-in-law Kent McCollough of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
