He is survived by: his wife Shelia Gwodzik of Johnston City; his children, Jason Gwodzik of Marion and Kristi Kee (Blake) of Johnston City; his sister Rosemary Winters of Johnston City; and his nephews, Robert Gwodzik (Trish) of Johnston City and Terry Gwodzik of Colp.
