She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Fields and Laura Fields (Fugua); her husband Edward Robert Ridenour; and her siblings, Lois Banones, Carol Chandler, Judy Janis, Betty Sobczak, Doris Ratcliff, Edna Kay Fields, Robert Fields, Richard Fields and Ronald Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Ann Lane of Marion, IL, Linda Hooker (William) of Herrin, IL and Robert Lee Ridenour; her grandchildren, Victoria Locke (Darel) of Pleasant View, TN, Roger Hauenstein of Murphysboro, IL, Thomas Hauenstein of Calvert City, KY, Elizabeth Underwood (Troy) of Herrin, IL, Jonathan Hooker of Oak Park, IL, Rhonda McNeal of Oak Park, IL, Rachel Michels (Nathan) of Herrin, IL, Robby Ridenour of Cleveland, OH and Amber Ridenour of Elyria, OH; her great grandchildren, David Locke, Chandelle Hegele, Sophia Hauenstein, Marissa Yancey, Jennifer Yancey, Bryanna Wise, Tyler Hooker and Cameron Brown; and her great great grandchildren, Elliot Morris and Aubrey Wise. She is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
The family has requested for those who prefer, memorial contributions be made to "St. Jude Children's Hospital" in memory of Joann.
