He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Howard, Sr. and Florence Howard (Tanner); and his brothers, James Jr. and Jamison Howard. He is survived by: his children, Chance, Dylan, David Howard, Yvonne and Donna Howard; and his sisters, Melinda Howard, Melissa Allois and Melena Howard. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several aunts and uncles.
