He is survived by: his parents, Juanita Jewel Whitlock (McNeely) and William Edward "Bill" Whitlock; his children, Ashley Nicole Owens (Ryan), Andrew Jerry Whitlock, Kaylee Dawn Whitlock and Dakota Dylan Whitlock; his grandchildren, Treston Lee Whitlock-Herring, Jaxson Robert Whitlock-Herring, Landon Gage Whitlock, Makaylah Jewel Owens and Khloe Jewel Palmer; and his brothers, Ronnie Edward Whitlock and William Scott Whitlock (Teresa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
