She was predeceased by : her parents, Leslie Richard and Donna Marie Weber (Gibson); her husband Russell Theodore "Ted" O'Neil; her son-in-law Chuck Nelson; and her brothers, Ronald L. Weber, Dr. Charles R. Weber and Gary R. Weber.

She is survived by : her daughter Debra O'Neil Nelson of Marion, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilson-McReynolds Funeral Home (900 N Court St, Marion, IL 62959). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
