He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Pack and Beulah Mae Pack (Gilliam); his son Brian Pack; his former wife Loretta Pack (Fullhart); and his siblings, Anthony Pack, Steven Pack, Carolyn Blackburn, Debra Pack and Howrie Pack.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Norris-Pack (Mofield) of Marion; his children, Sherry (Larry Evrard), Kay (Jim Conger), Penny Strobel of Marion, John (Jamie Norris), Joe (Tonya Norris) and Cindy (Rodney King); his grandchildren, Jason Evrard (Kim Walker), Hassi (Marty Loucks), Stephanie (Tom Petitt), Sabrina (Dustin Harmon), Kelli Gravatt, Lacey (Logan Corbett), Kolton King (Katie Jones) and Cheyenne King; and his siblings, Helen (Phil Fullhart), Lucy (Don Morgan), Pam (Glenn Hodges) and Jeff Pack. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and one on the way, two great-great grandchildren.
