Ida Nell Wargel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida Nell Wargel of Marion, Illinois, born in Harrisburg, Illinois, who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mitsdarffer and Helen Mitsdarffer (Abney); her grandparents, William, Ida Mitsdarffer, Grover and Nellie Abney; and her sister-in-law Jean Wargel.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. "Bob" Wargel of Marion; her daughter Melinda Veller (Jeff) of Salem, IL; her sister Mary Lee Saunders (Bill) of Carmi, IL; and her brother-in-law Charles Wargel (Mary Beth) of Equality, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS RELATED TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS AND BY THE SIGNING OF EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE ILLINOIS GOVERNOR, if you are planning on attending the visitation or memorial service it is required you wear a mask and social distance yourself from others.
