With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Homer Lee Robinson of Marion, Illinois, who passed away on November 12, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Homer Robinson and Delliah Lavern Robinson (Campbell); his son Darell Ray Robinson; his brother Kenneth Robinson; and his sisters-in-law, Melba Robinson, Carolyn Robinson and Wanda Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Etta; his children, Ron (Connie Robinson), Stacy Robinson (Angi Christensen), Maelinda (Kevin Pierce) and Michael (Michelle Robinson); his stepmother Velma Robinson; his stepsister Brenda; his grandchildren, Ronnie, Lisa Robinson, Jennifer Robinson, Kristina Robinson, Christopher, Sarah Robinson, Darell Lynn, Dana, Mike Baxter, Brandon Robinson, Shawn, Danielle Robinson, Cody Robinson, Keshia, Trevor Fitch, Patton Bradley and Payton; and his brother James Robinson. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blue Funeral Home -Marion (1704 N Court St, Marion, IL 62959). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
