He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lowe and Mayme Lowe (Tyler); and his siblings, William E., Bobby Jean, Harry Lowe, Jr. and Mary Aline Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Judith J. "Judy" Lowe (Hamlin) of Marion, IL; his sons, Gary Lowe of Marion, IL and Kenneth E.; his daughter-in-law Robin Lowe of Port St; his daughter Kimberly; his son-in-law Ron Whitecotton of Marion, IL; his stepdaughter Kelly (David Stinson) of Bluffton, SC; his grandchildren, Ryan Lowe, Derek Lowe (Jessica), Makenzie Lowe, Kristal Bundren (Brad), Angela Randolph (Matt), Katherine Stinson and Elizabeth Stinson; and his great grandchildren, Lexy Hess, Austin Deaton, Livvi Deaton and Jacie Deaton.
