He is survived by: his wife Donna Carter; his children, Frederick Scot Carter (Wendy) of Ava and April Dawn Carter of Marion; his siblings, Dolly Garcia of Kansas City, MO, Violet Grisham of Marion, James Carter of Marion and Cheryl Carter of Marion; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Harris of Marion and Gayla Audia (Louie) of Joliet. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
