It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Xavier Chapman of Marion, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Chapman Sr.; her sons, William Chapman Jr. and John Chapman; her parent Rosella Judd; and her siblings, Danette Flannagan and Frank Flannagan.

She is survived by: her daughter Debra Belske (Stuart); her grandchildren, Danette Sternberg (Charles) of Bourbonnais, Cassidy Kennerly (Terrell) of Bivins, Colton Belske of Kankakee and Abigail Riordan (Dakota) of Kankakee; her great grandchild Harlow Sternberg of Bourbonnais; and her sister Mary Boylan (John) of Fort Mill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation and envelopes will be available at the church.
