He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred L. Parks and Helen Parks (Camden); and his brother Kenneth Parks. He is survived by: his brother Jeff; his sister-in-law Donna Parks; his nephews, Jeremy Parks and Trevor Parks; and his great-nephews, Cade Parks and Cooper Parks. He is also survived by several cousins and some good friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local animal humane shelter, Hospice of Southern Illinois, or Arnold View Freewill Baptist Church.
