She is survived by: her sons, Kyle Jason Stevens (Brandy Parson) of Herrin and Richard Kevin Cooper of Harrisburg, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Kaelyn Stevens, Taylor Stevens, Isaiah Parrish, Daulton Stevens and Jersey Cooper; her great grandchild Elleyet Thomason; her brothers, Eddie Simmons of Sparta, BJ Simmons of Fayetteville and Danny Lee White of Goreville, Illinois.; and her close friends, Jan Myott, Maggie Almon and Vicki Frost.
Memorials can be made to Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in lieu of flowers.
