She was predeceased by: her mothers, Carol Kelly and Maxine Kelly (Pemberton); her son Kelley R. Sims; her grandchildren, Emily Hudson and Colby Sims; and her sister Darles Jenkins.
She is survived by: her husband Johnnie Ray Sims of Marion, IL; her children, Tonda R. Huelsmann (Ray) of Marion, IL and Farron G. Sims (Jennifer) of Marion, IL; her daughter-in-law Mila Maring-Sims of Carbondale, IL; her grandchildren, Maggie Barron, Hillary Wing (Justin) and Zach Sims (Katelyn); and her siblings, Carolyn Gray of Pittsburg, IL, Bill Kelly (Lynn) of St. Louis, MO and Darrel Kelly (Pam) of Marion, IL.. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
